The 34-year-old Transformers actress previously filed for divorce from him in 2015 but they ultimately mended fences.
One day before Thanksgivshe once again began legal proceedings to end her marriage to her dashing 47-year-old husband, The Blast reports.

On the same day that Megan made her initial divorce filing in Los Angeles County Court, Brian submitted his response.
Only three days before she filed for divorce Megan made her red carpet debut as a couple with Colson Baker aka Machine Gun Kelly.
When she was pictured at the American Music Awards with Kelly this Sunday fans caught sight of a tattoo that was perceived to be about him.
She has forearm ink reading: ‘el pistolero,’ which is Spanish for ‘the gunman,’ possibly in reference to her beau whom she went public with in the spring.

Brian and Megan have been married since 2010 and are the proud parents of three sons – Noah, eight, Bodhi, six, and Journey, four.
Megan filed for divorce from Brian in 2015 citing irreconcilable differences, but she was back with him and pregnant with Journey the following year.
Three years after they got back together, Megan took the legal step of filing to dismiss the divorce petition in April 2019.
Before the coronavirus lockdowns Megan and Kelly were in Puerto Rico as co-stars filming their upcoming movie Midnight In The Switchgrass.

Then this May the dynamic duo were glimpsed grabbing takeout in his Aston Martin amid rumors she was self-isolating separately from Brian.
A couple of days later Brian emotionally announced on his podcast …With Brian Austin Green that Megan had left him.
He revealed that she returned home from a film shoot in late 2019 and told him that ‘I feel more like myself, and I liked myself better’ when she was away from him.
They elected to ‘separate for a little bit’ and ‘see whatever it is we find,’ said Brian, adding that she and Machine Gun Kelly were ‘good friends at this point.’
As May wore on Megan co-starred in the music video for Kelly’s song Bloody Valentine and could be seen romping in bed with the slender blond.
He has declared on social media that he is ‘in love’ with Megan and over the summer they returned to Puerto Rico to finish filming Midnight In The Switchgrass.
Meanwhile since his marital separation Brian, who rose to fame on Beverly Hills 90210, has dated and broken up with Maxim model Tina Louise.
Brian has maintained a sense of humor about the situation and has gently ribbed his estranged wife and her new beau on social media.
Megan posted a smoldering mirror selfie with Machine Gun Kelly over the summer and captioned: ‘Achingly Beautiful Boy… My heart is yours.’
Brian then shared a post of his and Megan’s three sons and captioned: ‘Achingly beautiful boys….. my heart is yours.’
‘Someone mad,’ joked one of the commenters with a crying laughing emoji, adding: ‘Kells would whoop that a** old man.’
Brian appeared on Hollywood Raw with Dax Holt and Adam Glyn a few months ago and said ‘I found out in my own way’ about Megan and Machine Gun Kelly.
‘And that’s as much detail as I’ll give you on that one. I didn’t read about it or anything like that,’ teased the sizzling heartthrob.
According to an interview she gave Elle in 2009, Megan and Brian met at work on the ‘really bad TV show’ Hope & Glory. At the time, she was 18 and he was 30.
Megan said she pursued Brian, thinking: ‘Oh my God, I have to be with you. You’re not a threat, you’re not some d-bag that’s going to cause a lot of problems.’
She shared: ‘I had to convince him that I was slightly more responsible and well-spoken and had other things to bring to the table besides being 18.’
