Rebel Wilson hits the slopes in Austria and has a Sound of Music moment

Rebel Wilson continues to enjoy her Austrian getaway.

And on Thursday, the Australian beauty showed off her incredible 18kg weight loss during a photo shoot on the ski slopes. 

The 40-year-old shared a short clip of herself kicking up the snow on top of a mountain, looking out at the picturesque vista. 

She dressed her slimmed down figure in a ‘traditional Austrian’ outfit – a brown jacket, a grey vest with brown fur trimmed neckline, and green fitted trousers with boots.

The Pitch Perfect star accessorised the look with a brown cross body bag, and carried skis over her shoulders and held the poles. 

‘I’m all T & A in my photo shoot today… as in TRADITIONAL & AUSTRIAN,’ she wrote in the caption.

The star also posted a Boomerang kicking snow to the timeless ditty, The Lonely Goatherd, from the 1965 classic, The Sound Of Music. 

Rebel has been staying at the luxury Vivamayr Altaussee medical wellness center in Lake Altaussee, Austria, for the past week.

The blonde beauty has been getting a series of high-end treatments to give her that ‘boost’ to help her achieve her goal weight.

She has also enjoyed a variety of activities, including swimming, sauna sessions and hiking.

She recently said she was ‘finishing my year of health off strong at the place that gave me that first kick-start’.

In a recent interview with People magazine, Rebel admitted to scoffing 3,000 calories per day before embarking on her new diet.

‘Before I was probably eating 3,000 calories most days, and because they were normally carbs, I would still be hungry,’ she explained.

The blonde has now switched to a high-protein diet, which she said was ‘challenging’ because she wasn’t a big meat eater before.

Rebel has tried to make an overall healthy lifestyle change for herself without strictly forbidding the occasional indulgence.

In addition to changing her diet, Rebel has been working out with Sydney-based celebrity trainer Jono Castano.
