Hilary Duff shares joyous family photo for Thanksgiving after being let out of quarantine

She was recently forced to spend time apart from her family due to a mandatory quarantine period.

But Hillary Duff looked overjoyed to be with her family on Thanksgiving Day, when she shared a beautiful post to her Instagram with husband Matthew Koma, her son Luca Cruz and their daughter Banks Violet.

Taken on a pier in the New York City area, Duff, 33, held her daughter, two, in her arms and kissed her lovingly on the cheek in the photo.

The parents along with Luca, eight, had their masks pulled down, and Hilary was in a brown coat. 

Her hair was tied back in a ponytail and she wore hoop earrings.

Her adorable daughter had pink mouse ears on and wore a cheetah print jacket.

Matthew, also 33, wore a blue baseball cap backwards which showed a peek of his dyed blond hair.

He was in a black North Face jacket. 

Hilary’s son Luca, whom she shares with ex-husband Mike Comrie, wore an orange tie-dye sweatshirt.

She caption the snap, ‘Happy Thanksgiving! 1 or 2 celebrations away from getting out of 2020’. 

The family looked happy to be once again reunited after the Lizzie McGuire star had to spend time apart due to a potential coronavirus exposure.

Hilary and family are currently in New York while she films the seventh and final season of her series Younger, which also stars Sutton Foster.

Duff, who is currently pregnant with her third child, took to Instagram last week to let fans know that she would have to quarantine on her own after being exposed, perhaps on set.

But happily, she later took to her Instagram Stories to update everyone with a sweet black-and-white photo showing her on a loveseat with a face mask on, and both of her children in her lap.

The caption read, ‘Not totally in the clear but looking positive and by that I mean negative!’
