The Project host, 40, was overjoyed as she spent time with her three kids and her partner, Chris Walker, at a local park during their family holiday.

‘I don’t think life is ever perfectly in balance, that’s okay,’ she said.

‘I think we should aspire to have perfect lives – the joy is in the imperfection.

‘Some days my home life takes more of my time and energy, so my work life takes a back seat; other weeks I have a crazy work schedule, so my house becomes a mess and we eat more takeaway.’
