Rebel Wilson displays her dramatic weight loss even in bulky winter wear

Rebel Wilson has showcased her dramatic weight loss on the ski slopes of Aspen, Colorado.

The 29-year-old comedienne was joined by 40-year-old beau Jacob Busch and four friends for the Christmas getaway, to which they traveled on a private jet.

The Australian actress definitely seemed slimmer in the photos, despite wearing bulky winter gear including a heavy coat. 

The Pitch Perfect star posed happily for pictures in the snow, at one point flipping her wavy blonde tresses.

She protected her eyes against the glare with mirrored shades.

In a Thursday tweet, the Isn’t It Romantic actress acknowledged her weight loss when she captioned a photo of herself, looking slim with hands on her hips.

‘Signing off for 2021! I like this pic as it represents the uphill climb that this year was with my 2020 Year of Health mission. What are your goals for 2021? Believe in yourself, work hard, you can do it. Lots of love, Rebs,’ wrote Rebel. 

Moving over to Instagram, Wilson posted several photos of herself and Jacob with their ‘pod squad’ of friends.

The pals posed in front of their snowbound accommodation and grinned happily in their winter wear.

Rebel captioned the photos, ‘From this cool & cozy pod squad to yours MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY HEALTHY HOLIDAYS to everyone!’

She also added some photos of the group posing in front of their private jet on the Aspen runway. 

Making sure not a moment of the break went to waste, the Sydney-born star also shared images from a polo tournament.

The horseback images showed Rebel showed Rebel in a Louis Vuitton scarf, a pink helmet, off-white sweater, blue jeans and knee high riding boots.

She also held a polo mallet aloft.

Rebel captioned the post, ‘Thank you again to @melissaganzi & Marc and the Covid testing team for putting on such a fun and safe event’.

Rebel and Jacob made their public debut as a couple on the red carpet in September.

And since attending Prince Albert’s Planetary Health Gala in Monaco, the couple’s relationship has been going from strength-to-strength.

The loved-up duo regularly appear on each other’s social media and have enjoyed several romantic trips around the globe together. 

They also appear to share a similar sense of humour.

Taking to her Instagram on Thursday, the Bridesmaids star posted a series of hilarious pictures of herself, her boyfriend and friends hilariously posing on a private jet while waiting for take off following a skiing trip to Aspen.

Jacob, who is the founder of ice cream brand Napp’s, was seen planking across the aisle in one of the pictures as Rebel held his bottom and a friend did a handstand in the background.

Rebel then attempted to do the splits across the aisle.

In a third picture, the Aussie actress threw up a peace sign as her three friends maintained their poses.

The star showed off her recently slimmed-down frame in a pink, red, white and blue turtleneck and blue jeans for the occasion, and styled her hair in loose waves.

Her makeup was natural in appearance and she completed her look with sneakers and gold reflective shades.

Meanwhile, Rebel’s ‘Year of Health’ is not slowing down as she recently purchased an exercise bike for her home gym in Los Angeles.

On Wednesday, the Pitch Perfect star peddled up a storm on her new soul cycle. 

She flaunted her physique in a T-shirt branded with her name across the front, along with a hoodie and black and yellow leggings. 

‘Merry Christmas to me! Thanks @variis @soulcycle for setting up my home gym with this beauty,’ she wrote in the caption.
