The beach trips comes after she took to Instagram on Thursday to share a message with her followers about how she changed her ‘attitude this year, to everything, health included’.
The stunner candidly admitted that when she goes to the beach each year, she usually feels ‘a bit insecure’, but this year is the first year she has felt ‘comfortable, strong, and well’.

She said: ‘Thank you for all your messages about body and food – Have totally changed my attitude this year, to everything, health included.
‘First wave of corona I was so worried for my loved ones I started cooking, really nutritious meals. Being skinny, dieting, I didn’t care about that stuff. I wanted to be healthy! So started eating well.
