Anwar Hadid throws himself into work as he shoots in London

Anwar Hadid got to work in London on Wednesday after returning from his widely-criticised trip to Mexico with his girlfriend Dua Lipa. 

The famous couple came under fire for their decision to holiday and the model brother of Gigi and Bella got back to work when he came back to the capital, despite the need to quarantine for 10 days upon return. 

Modelling an array of funky ensembles, he posed while aides held lights and camera equipment around him following his recent controversies.   

Anwar and Dua have been criticised after the songstress encouraged her fans to ‘stay at home’ during the first lockdown and then jetted around the world. 

During their holiday amid the coronavirus pandemic, fans have written in comments on her post that ‘needless travel puts us all at risk of infection.’ Dua, 25, had written: ‘PSA – STAY AT HOME alongside a broken heart emoji.’

Nine months later. she flew to Mexico with Anwar despite the death toll continuing to rise in both the US and the UK.

Dua, who has also sent the rumour mill wild that she could be expecting, was also criticised for travelling with her ‘anti-vax’ boyfriend Anwar. 

He recently said he ‘absolutely would not’ have the Covid jab, saying ‘our bodies are made by the creator to do way more than we think’.

He later clarified his comments: ‘I’m not ‘anti-vax. I think everyone has to be careful with each vaccine individually looking at positive and possible negative effects.’  

Anwar added that he has ‘taken vaccines before but as someone who has had a compromised immune system.’ 

He noted that he wants to ‘continue to learn about the many ways I can protect myself in others’ and that he ‘never meant to offend anyone with my words, and I am so grateful for all the frontline workers and doctors and the powerful work.’

Anwar said that he’s listening’ and ‘all about the conversation.’

He concluded his statement with: ‘My response was not too [sic] a stance it was honestly just a thought, but I can’t expect you all 2 known where my heart and head is at and that’s where I went wrong, I will be more aware.’

Lyme disease is a bacterial infection from Borrelia burgorferi from getting bitten by an infected tick.

Ten to twenty percent of people diagnosed with Lyme disease and treated with antibiotics have symptoms that persists for six months or longer, according to healthline.

The chronic symptoms usually improve after six months to a year, the site reported, but some people have long-term symptoms including fatigue, pain and aching joints that can last years.

Anwar’s holiday comes amid an alarming surge in COVID-19 cases with 198,000 more cases and 2,048 deaths nationally.

Dua and Anwar have proved inseparable since they first got together in June 2019 and the singer has also become close with the Hadid family. 

Although Anwar and Dua got to Mexico in time ahead of New Year’s Eve, they were in the US for Christmas which they spent with his family.
