Hugh Jackman, 52, and his wife Deborra-Lee Furness, 65, take to the snow-covered streets of New York City to walk their dogs

Hugh Jackman did not let the winter weather get in his way from taking the dogs out.

The 52-year-old actor was joined by his wife, 65-year-old Deborra-Lee Furness, as the pair hit the New York City streets to walk their dogs on Sunday.

The couple braved the snow and cold to get some fresh air for themselves and their beloved pets.

The pair bundled up for the freezing east coast temperatures with matching black hooded jackets.

While Hugh remained covered with pants, black boots and gloves, Deborra made the risky choice of pairing her jacket with a pair of black shorts, white leggings and white sneakers.

The longtime lovebirds, who wed in 1996, donned matching black beanies for the trek, with Deborra letting some of her blonde tresses hang out the sides.

The two also kept on black face coverings to prevent from contracting COVID-19… while also keeping their noses warm.

Hugh and Deborra’s two dogs looked adorable in their matching snow jackets, with one dressed in blue and the other clad in hot pink.

The Australian born couple made their love for the snow known on social media earlier this month as they belted out a few lines to Let It Snow by Dean Martin.

Hugh said ‘It’s snowing,’ to which Deborra-Lee let out a resounding ‘yay!’ as they walked their dog.

On Valentine’s Day Hugh sweetly paid tribute to her with a photo from their wedding as he gushed ‘Deb. You are, and always will be, the great love of my life. I love you to the moon and back.’

On her birthday he poetically professed: ‘Your courage, wit, open heartedness, loyalty, creativity, joie de vivre, cheekiness and spontaneity inspire me every day. I love you so much more than any caption can convey.’

Both in the business, Deborra-Lee and the Greatest Showman met on set back in Australia.

‘It was instant attraction, as in it was probably the best tennis match I’ve ever had…like working with Hugh…when you act with someone and it just flows and we did have an instant connection,’ she shared in September during an interview with Anh Do.

In an 2018 interview with TODAY he opened up about the secret to their long lasting marriage, as he spoke about being authentically ‘yourself’ with your partner.

‘Literally from day one, Deb and I had that feeling. It was like a relief. I could just be myself. I am not saying we don’t ever dress up or impress each other, but being comfortable is a key,’ he shared.

Recently it was announced that Jackman would be executive-producing a new show for Netflix called The Overstory, a new project from Game Of Thrones creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss.

An adaptation of the novel from Richard Powers, the show – which is currently in development – will focus on the interaction between nature and humanity per the book’s plot.
