The second season debuted in mid-January, kicking off with a mystery revolving around the whereabouts of Kate Kane.

The plane she was in had crashed, with a young homeless woman named Ryan Rilder (Leslie) discovering the crash, and Kate Kane’s high-tech Batwoman suit.

As the season progressed, Kane was still missing, until Sunday night’s episode, where it was revealed that she has been heavily injured after the crash, with Kane seen with bandages on her face, being held hostage.
