It appears Married At First Sight‘s Jake Edwards is well and truly over trying to hide his relationship with Gold Coast personal trainer Sophie Guidolin.
Despite the fact he’s still with ‘wife’ Beck Zemek on the Channel Nine show – which was filmed months ago – Jake, 33, was spotted enjoying a breakfast date with his new lover on Saturday.
Kicking off the weekend in the best way, the two grabbed a bite at The Calile Hotel in Brisbane.

Sophie, who had touched down in Jake’s hometown of Melbourne earlier this week, appeared to be donning a white linen blouse with floral detailing.
She also wore her luscious brown locks in curls, with minimal makeup and accessories for the casual meal.
Meanwhile, reality star Jake wore a black and orange tie-dye shirt, teamed with grey shorts.
The couple beamed with smiles from ear-to-ear as Sophie showed Jake something on her phone screen.

Earlier this month, photos obtained by Daily Mail Australia, showed the charity CEO and nutritionist eating and drinking together in Noosa.
The following day, Jake appeared in an Instagram video Sophie posted from the beach, which she captioned: ‘Birthday swims.’
Later, Sophie hinted her boyfriend had given her a memorable birthday present, but said she couldn’t provide any details for ‘a couple of days’.

Sophie confirmed on Monday night she was in a new relationship by sharing a photo of herself cuddling a man in a green shirt.
While the man’s face wasn’t visible in her Instagram post, the shirt resembled one Jake was pictured wearing during filming in November.
The man’s upper-arm tattoos also matched Jake’s.

Several days ago, she and Jake were pictured together at a popular restaurant in Broadbeach on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
According to an eyewitness, they were ‘holding hands and didn’t care who saw’.
‘Everyone at the pub was looking at him and saying, “Oh, my god, that’s Jake from Married At First Sight!”‘ they added.
Another source claimed they’d seen Jake and Sophie holidaying together in northern NSW.

‘The life ahead and of course reflecting on what has been 2020. You were incredibly humbling and lesson building,’ she added.
