Katie Price has recalled being raped at the age of seven in a candid new interview.

The former glamour model, 42, admitted male figures ‘have always let me down’ as she discussed the horrifying moment, which took place in a park.

Reality TV star Katie said on Changes with Annie Macmamus: ‘The thing that’s always been wrong in my life is men. That is from an early age. I was raped as a kid. At seven. That is in my first book. I was in a park.’

The mother-of-five first revealed the incident publicly in her autobiography, Being Jordan, in May 2004.

Katie also detailed the damage the ordeal has caused her during an appearance on Loose Women in 2017, stating: ‘There was the sexual assault and I was later raped.

‘I have discussed before and I do believe it led to me dressing provocatively and becoming a model.

‘I had been training to be a nurse but the glamour modelling world is aimed at men. They can look but they can’t touch. You can say or do what you like in a picture.’
