EXCLUSIVE: ‘I’ll be keeping Tristan’s seat warm’: Ex-NRL star Beau Ryan reveals he’ll be co-hosting Studio 10 soon – and reveals what it’s REALLY like working alongside Sarah Harris
Former NRL star turned The Amazing Race host Beau Ryan is adding another show to his repertoire.
The 35-year-old revealed to Daily Mail Australia last week that he’s set to co-host Studio 10 alongside Sarah Harris in coming weeks.
Beau is due to fill in for Tristan MacManus when the hunky Irishman welcomes his third child with stunning wife, Tahyna Tozzi.

The former Footy Show star said he’s looking forward to the opportunity and revealed what it’s like working alongside Sarah, 39.
‘As soon as he has the baby I’ll be able to help out,’ Beau said.
‘The good thing about channel 10 is that it’s like a big family and Tristan and Sarah have been very good to me.’

‘Channel 10 are very supportive. The Project has me on a lot. When they asked if I could help out I jumped at the chance. I enjoyed hosting with Sarah, I’ve done it before,’ Beau said
Beau went on to say that he ‘jumped at the chance’ to co-host the show.
‘Same as Kyle and Jackie O. Channel 10 are very supportive. The Project has me on a lot. When they asked if I could help out I jumped at the chance. I enjoyed hosting with Sarah, I’ve done it before.’
Beau, who has previously filled in for Kyle on The Kyle and Jackie O Show, said that working with Sarah reminds him of working with Jackie as they both make him feel ‘really comfortable’ on air.
‘Sarah Harris is amazing, she reminds me a lot of working with Jackie, she makes you feel really comfortable and I just feel at ease when she’s there,’ he explained.

‘Sarah Harris is amazing, she reminds me a lot of working with Jackie, she makes you feel really comfortable and I just feel at ease when she’s there,’ he explained
‘It’s a good opportunity to show what skills I have. It’ll only be a little bit but I’ll keep the seat warm for him.’
Beau added that if ever asked to do a show like Studio 10 full time he would do it, but for now he’s content and incredibly busy hosting The Amazing Race.
It’ll be a busy few months for Beau, who is launching an ambitious new chain of gyms that could rival F45, called Sweat 1000, with his friend Keiran Turner.
The pair have a gym in Sydney’s Coogee and are hoping to franchise it out in Australia and overseas.
Beau added that he feels ‘very fortunate’ to have had a successful career after footy.
‘Footy opened a lot of doors for me,’ he told Daily Mail Australia.
‘It’s been a step out of the rugby league field. I’m really enjoying my role on ‘The Amazing Race’ and I’ve had a lot of success this year. I’m really proud of it,’ he said.
