Bridgerton has been renewed for a further two seasons, with Netflix announcing the upcoming arrival of series 3 and 4.

Netflix announced the exciting news on Twitter on Tuesday, sharing the rather fitting announcement: ‘Breaking news from the ton! Bridgerton is returning for seasons three *AND* four!’  

The exciting news will no doubt be a consolation for fans who were left devastated after leading man Regé-Jean Page, 31, who played the Duke of Hastings, revealed he wasn’t returning to the period drama.
