Lindsay Arnold calls C-section scar her ‘favorite part’ of her body while slamming photoshop gossip

Dancing With The Stars pro Lindsay Arnold has slammed speculation she edited her C-section scar out of recent photos, calling the mark her ‘favorite part’ of her body in a new Instagram post.

The ballroom dancer, 27, addressed the rumors while proudly revealing her abdominal scar in a sexy red swimsuit on Tuesday, saying while she usually wouldn’t give such gossip ‘the time of day,’ she felt it was necessary to erase any lingering stigma about scars.

‘I feel like this needs to be addressed as it’s important to me that you all know that my c-section scar is now my favorite part of my body,’ the Utah native wrote. ‘It is the representation of the thing I am most proud of in my life and that is our sweet Sagey.’

Proud: Dancing With The Stars professional Lindsay Arnold dismissed accusations she photoshopped her C-section scar from her bikini photos, telling followers the mark is her ‘favorite part’ of her body

Marveling at the strength of her own body, she said: ‘I seriously want to show my scar to everyone I see cause I think it’s so insane and crazy cool that Sage came out of that little cut in my belly?! I mean come on how incredible is that?!

She also celebrated doctors for skillfully minimizing the marks, adding: ‘What’s also incredible are amazing doctors that make it possible to do a c-section and have the scar be so low it is not even visible in a bikini.’

Lindsay said her discreet scar wasn’t even visible unless she pulled her suit down, saying that’s ‘why you all are not seeing it in my pics.’

Arnold made it clear she was against editing her figure, telling followers: ‘I would never and have never photoshopped any part of my body and wanted a dedicated post to my beautiful scar that I truly love so much ❤️❤️

Getting  the last word in she wrote: ‘So hahaha for those who care or even read this far, no I am not photoshopping my scar out of anything and in case anyone forgot WOMENS BODIES ARE INCREDIBLE.’

‘Ohhhhhh baby! Mom and Dad love you already #November2020 #pregnant #pregnancyannouncement,’ the DWTS pro wrote on Instagram.

Lindsay and husband Samuel got married in 2015, during a ceremony held into Salt Lake City, Utah. The couple got engaged in 2014 during a romantic vacation in Africa.

‘I’m so excited to dance through life with Sam. I could never have imagined that when I was 16 years old I would have met the man I would marry and who would be my partner – yesterday, today and tomorrow,’ said Arnold in a statement to People at the time.

A year after their marriage, the high school sweethearts told ET that they ‘definitely [wanted] kids’ but that, at the time, they were not ready to begin a family.

‘We would like to wait. We both want to do everything that we want to do, so that when we have children, we can really be there for them. We’re still enjoying just being newlyweds right now,’ explained the professional dancer.

News of Arnold’s pregnancy came just six-months after the tragic loss of her mother-in-law Jennifer.

Jennifer’s unexpected passing forced Arnold to step away from her Dancing With The Stars duties, where she was actively competing with former White House press secretary Sean Spicer.

Lindsay began her career on Dancing With The Stars during season 16 of the competition show in 2013.
