Married At First Sight’s Melissa Rawson shuts down her fellow brides as Bryce Ruthven’s ‘secret girlfriend’ is exposed at the reunion dinner party
Throughout this year’s season of Married At First Sight, Melissa Rawson has been hounded by claims her husband Bryce Ruthven has a ‘secret girlfriend’ outside the experiment.
And at Wednesday’s reunion dinner party, the workplace trainer, 32, finally unleashed on her co-stars and told them to ‘shut the hell up’ about the rumours.
Booka Nile, Samantha Harvey and Beck Zemek all tried to bring up the rumours at the dinner table, prompting a frustrated Melissa to speak out.

‘I’m done with this,’ Melissa told the shocked women.
‘Shut the hell up! I’m over it. I don’t know for how much [longer] I need to defend myself for,’ she added.
Earlier in the episode, Booka had told Melissa about a phone call her roommate had supposedly received about Bryce’s ‘secret girlfriend’.

‘She filled me in a lot about Bryce and his apparent girlfriend who existed outside the experiment while he was married to Melissa,’ Booka said.
‘She said she could not stand idle by and watch him gaslight and manipulate and play these girls any longer. It’s really messed up.’
Melissa then explained she had spoken to the ‘secret girlfriend’ herself – in a phone call Booka claimed Bryce had carefully stage-managed.

‘It’s sorted. I don’t know why you all continue to feel the need to bring this up,’ she snapped at the group.

‘What am I meant to do, not say it?’ Booka asked.
Beck reassured Melissa they just wanted to give her ‘information’ about Bryce’s other relationship, and didn’t necessarily want them to break up.
‘I’m over the whole conversation. I thought we have put it to bed,’ Melissa said.
‘And to continuously bring it up is infuriating. I don’t know how much I need to defend myself for.’

‘Over the course of the experiment, I have really let everything that everyone has said get to me and let it affect my relationship,’ she said.
‘I’m not going to tonight, I am genuinely here with my partner and I’m just going to ignore them as best as possible.’
