The 32-year-old appeared downcast as she headed off to pump some iron on Thursday, shielding her face from view with the rim of her hood.

She teamed her look with an oversized khaki hoodie, which she tactically draped over her face.
Her pretty visage was slightly visible as she stepped out of her car, and she appeared to wear just a touch of make-up to enhance her features.

Her appearance comes just days after she and Bryce decided to stay together during their final vows, despite the many ups and downs their relationship had endured.
The pair had faced many rumours that Bryce allegedly had a ‘secret girlfriend’ behind his wife’s back and he also made a number of negative comments about Melissa’s appearance.
However, to everyone’s surprise the duo confirmed they had fallen in love during final vows, with Melissa posting on Instagram: ‘My heart is full. I love this man so much and we truly make each other happy every single day.

‘While it might be hard for some to believe, it is my decision, my life and my choice. And I choose him. He is my partner, my lover and the man that I have fallen head over heels for.
‘Our love story is what I asked for; an all consuming and unconditional love. And I have found that with Bryce.’
Bryce echoed Melissa’s feelings in his own Instagram post, writing: ‘I came into the MAFS experiment for one sole purpose, knowing there was a chance it may not work out the way I wanted.
‘Wanting to find love and someone to share my life with, I leave MAFS with a full heart and the most genuine, loving, and supportive woman I’ve ever met. Words can’t describe how much I have fallen in love with Melissa.’
