The former TOWIE star, 29, appeared in great spirits as she held her four-month-old in a baby carrier, admitting: ‘He’s so bloody heavy we didn’t make it very far’.
Elsewhere in her post, the new parent, who is married to football pundit Rio, 42, also admitted ‘healthy eating just goes out of the window’ during her stepchildren’s break from school.

Kate insisted she was initially concerned about entertaining her children due to restrictions brought by the coronavirus pandemic, sharing: ‘Was really worried about this half term with COVID and not being able to keep the kids occupied but surprisingly we have had a really good one.’ (sic)

The Essex native posted a series of snaps of herself changing her son’s diaper, with the baby appearing to leak through his clothing.

Captioning the images, the first-time mum joked: ‘It’s not always picture perfect guys, you win some & you definitely get covered in poo for some.’
Kate revealed she actually likes changing nappies because Cree seems to ‘laugh the whole time.’
She explained: ‘I never thought I’d actually say I really enjoy changing Crees nappy. He is so happy when we do, it’s just so funny, he giggles and laughs the whole time!!’
