Rihanna buys $10million home in Beverly Hills NEXT DOOR to $13.8m mansion purchased THREE MONTHS ago

Rihanna meet your new neighbor Rihanna.

The 33-year-old mogul just snapped up a property for $10million in Beverly Hills which is next door to the one she had purchased for $13.8million just three months earlier which will total her to over an acre of land in the area according to a Tuesday report from The Hollywood Reporter.

The Fenty Beauty and Skin founder will have plenty of celebrity neighbors including Paul McCartney across the street while others on the same quiet street include Mariah Carey, who has been leasing a property a few doors down for years and recently Madonna amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The superstar singer and cosmetics industry tycoon’s new property features four bedrooms as it sits on half an acre. 

The publication reports that the property was never on the open market.

However tax records obtained by THR show that the gated property was built in the late 1930s and features a family sized house.

The half-acre estate had sold for $5.1million back in 2015 to a non famous couple which means that they doubled their money by selling to the megastar. 

In addition to four bedrooms there are also 4.5 baths and just over 3,500 of living space.

The actual home is a Tudor-style structure with formal dining and living rooms.

There is also an a family room that opens up into an eat-in kitchen.

Outside seems to be the perfect place to play host as there is a very spacious backyard complete with a swimming pool and terraced patch of lawn.

With her two recent property purchases, The Hollywood Reporter says that the Fenty Beauty and Skin founder sits on over an acre of land total with more than 11,000 square feet of living space, plus two swimming pool and off-street parking for at least 10 vehicles.

Last month it was reported that Rihanna had purchased the stunning neighboring Beverly Hills property for $13.8 million.

The five-bedroom home – featuring an open-air courtyard – includes seven bathrooms, is located on a secluded and lush cul-de-sac in the mountains sprawling 21,958-square-foot lot and was originally built in the 1930s.

The mansion was also once owned the I Dream of Jeanie creator Sidney Sheldon’s daughter Mary Sheldon.

Daniel Starr, who paid Sheldon $4.3 million for the estate, chronicled his renovations of the home on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing.

News of the purchase came just one week after news broke that she would be expanding her fashion and beauty empire to include a line of haircare products and tools under the name of Fenty Hair.
