He rose to fame as a fan favourite on the 2019 season of The Voice Australia.
And now, Chriddy Black is set to trade his microphone for a set of boxing gloves this weekend for a reality star charity boxing match.
The Gold Coast singer, 28, will fight Love Island‘s Adam Farrugia this weekend.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Chriddy explained that preparing for the upcoming fight has been anything but smooth sailing.
‘It’s been a pretty long eight weeks, so I’m looking forward to just getting in there and showcasing what I can,’ he explained.
‘My training has been all over the place to be honest with you. I started training with my head coach, and his gym burnt down almost four weeks ago.’

‘It’s been pretty hectic, it kind of just messed up my training camp, as you can imagine, so we’ve just had to make what we can with what we have.’
Chriddy said that in order to prepare for the upcoming fight he has been working out at various gyms and also trained at the beach.
‘It’s been pretty intense in therms of the impact that has had on us mentally, but physically I am feeling and looking really good,’ he added.

Chris dropped a whopping 10 kilos in preparation of his fight with The Bachelorette’s Ciarran Stott, but last minute changes meant he will now fight Adam.
The upcoming celebrity fight will see Timm Hanly, Jamie Doran and Ciarran Stott fight against the likes of Pascal Wallace, Rhyce Power and Paddy Colliar, with proceeds going to their chosen charities.
Reality TV fans can stream the upcoming fight on Saturday at 7:30pm EPICentre TV.
