Camila Cabello rocks coated denim and a statement puffer as she touches down in NYC with

Camila Cabello was seen arriving at JFK airport in a very stylish travel ensemble, after revealing last week that she’s been feeling a little ‘saucey’ and ‘proud’ of her outfits.  

The 24-year-old singer strolled through the busy NYC hub in coated denim pants and bright colored puffer jacket while clasping some personal belongings in hand. 

She packed on the layers and kept herself protected with a face mask as she flew solo after spending a majority of her quarantine with boyfriend Shawn Mendes. 

The Havana crooner leaned into the city’s favorite shade of black with her look as she rocked dark pants and a black shirt while carrying a bright yellow hydro flask. 

She threw on a checkered sweater and added a fun pop of color with her overcoat which was adorned with a myriad of graphics including flowers and rainbows. 

The Cuban born brunette split her belongings between a backpack and a fanny pack, and seemed to indulge in a good read on the flight as she held a copy of Elena Ferrante’s The Story of the Lost Child.  

And she had paid another visit to the Big Apple last week as she posed in the studio alongside bandmates.  

Though she spent a majority of the past year quarantining at her family’s Miami home she and Shawn recently jumped back to their Los Angeles property. 

About a month ago the two were home when a burglar broke in through a window, and although both were unharmed the suspect snagged the keys to Shawn’s G-Wagon. 

The cops found the pricey vehicle parked on a residential street a week after and as of April the suspect was arrested and charged with both burglary and grand theft auto.  

Despite being blessed with lives of privilege on account of their meteoric successes, both have been vocal about the importance of the environment and sustainability over the years. 

In honor of Earth Day on April 22 the Wonder singer announced a new partnership with eco-friendly water brand Flow, and Camila talked about the importance of being connected to nature.  

‘I love this earth. I love nature. Lately I’ve been really interested in learning the names of plants and trees and wildlife around me, because there’s nothing like connecting to nature- it instantly makes me feel a part of something…The more I am in tune with the natural world around me the more alive I feel,’ she wrote.   

And the smitten lovebirds continue to grow strong in their relationship, Mendes even referring to her as his ‘forever person.’ He also spoke about her ability to instill a love of life in him and challenge him to grow romantically. 

‘She really teaches me that if we have one life and we don’t have much time here, it might as well be all in if you’re in love with someone,’ he said in a SiriusXM Celebrity Session interview.
