Home and Away star Sam Frost shows off her toned legs in tiny shorts

She’s plays one of the most popular characters on Home and Away.

And Sam Frost is also well liked on-set. 

The 32-year-old actress was spotted enjoying a friendly chat with a hunky cast member while filming the long-running soap on Monday.

The former Bachelorette star was having a good old giggle with the tall, dark and muscular man during a work break.

The actress was dressed casually, showing off her very toned legs in a pair of tiny shorts teamed with a cosy black padded jacket.

She flaunted her spray tan in the activewear and wore minimal makeup for her scenes.

Meanwhile, her co-star showed off his muscular frame in a blue singlet top and a pair of boardshorts.

After being criticised for her acting abilities on the show, Sam has the last laugh.

The blonde beauty joined the cast of Home and Away four years ago in 2017 and plays the role of Jasmine Delaney.

Sam made headlines last year for uploading – and quickly deleting – two Instagram photos of herself posing in a tiny striped bikini.

A day after deleting the photos, Sam uploaded an essay to her website.

She wrote: ‘It was just easier to [delete the photos], than deal with people’s judgment about my body or their opinions about what I should or shouldn’t be posting.’ 

Earlier in the essay, the blonde shared details of her decade-long battle with body confidence.

I spent my twenties hiding under a black cap, wearing baggy clothes,’ she wrote.

‘I was wearing clothes like that because I felt extremely insecure about my body,’ Sam added in the essay.

‘I felt ashamed and uncomfortable.’
