Speaking to The Courier Mail during filming, Delta couldn’t contain her excitement as she planned to perform an Australian classic at the concert.

‘You’re The Voice is one of my favourite songs of all time. I’ve played John Farnham songs pretty much my entire life, so it’s a total honour to sing this,’ she told the publication.

She also went on to speak about the importance of the televised concert, which was originally orchestrated by the late music mogul.

Delta continued: ‘It was such a hugely important show last year for the whole music industry.’
