Cucumber sticks are a common healthy vegetable snack while berries are filled with antioxidants.

According to Healthline, natural popcorn is a suitable healthy snack as it’s a type of wholegrain food that contains important nutrients – such as vitamin B1, iron, magnesium, zinc and vitamin B3.

Cottage cheese is another food that’s high in protein while rye crackers are low in calories.

Healthline also states herbal teas, such as chamomile and peppermint, have ‘health-promoting properties’ to help with inflammation, insomnia and nausea.
