According to The Herald Sun, Eddie’s television production company JAM TV is working on an American dance competition show called Come Dance With Me, which is being filmed in Australia.

The family-friendly show will feature Channing Tatum’s dancer ex-wife Jenna Dewan as a judge, while NCIS: Los Angeles co-stars LL Cool J and Chris O’Donnell will serve as executive producers.

Filming for Come Dance With Me will begin in May, and will take place in Melbourne, Australia.

‘[The show] is expected further American TV productions will film in Australia in the coming months as a way to escape the restrictive COVID conditions in place in the US,’ the Herald Sun reports.

Come Dance With Me will feature talented young dancers from all across America performing alongside a dance partner from within their family.

The dancer will either select, one inspirational and untrained family member or another adult who has supported their dance dreams.

With the help of professional choreographers, the duos will learn and perform a new dance routine each week as they compete for a grand prize.

‘We believe this concept is fun for the whole family, especially given the number of children we both have,’ LL Cool J and Chris O’Donnell said in a joint statement.

‘We reminisced about our kids’ dance lessons and how it would look if they had to teach us how to dance,’ they added.

Eddie’s new project comes after he ended his 23-year reign as president of AFL club Collingwood on February 9, following the release of an independent report which found there were unaddressed incidences of racism toward black players.

The Millionaire Hot Seat host also recently end his tenure on Triple M’s The Hot Breakfast program after 11 years on air.
