Jaimie Gardner is back on the dating scene, after failing to find love on the latest  season of Married At First Sight

In an Instagram Stories post shared on Monday, the 35-year-old showed off her profile picture from the dating app, Hinge.

‘Baby I’m back!’ she captioned the post, saying that her mum ‘told her to do it’, as well as sharing a screen shot of her bio on the site.

In an answer to the question, ‘What’s the biggest risk you’ve taken?’ she replied, ‘Trying to find love in a hopeless place’. 

Hinge bills itself as the only dating app that focuses on forming long-term connections between users.

Jaimie also announced that she had finally sold off her TV wedding ring.

The former MAFS bride listed her $16,200 gold and diamond sparkler on auction site eBay, but a few days later was forced to lower the starting bid to $1000.

She explained in an earlier Instagram post: ‘PSA: HELP ME DO SOMETHING GOOD. I’ve amended the opening big to $1k. 

‘This hand-crafted, one of a kind diamond ring can be yours. The ring is made by Pavection, designed by Robert Bellamy and is valued at $16.2k AUD. 100% of the proceeds go to charities close to my heart.’
