Brittany Cartwright meets up with Vanderpump Rules’ co-stars in first sighting since giving birth

She gave birth to her son three weeks ago and is settling into the hectic life as a first-time mother.

And Brittany Cartwright was beaming with pride as she introduced her newborn to Vanderpump Rules co-stars Katie Malone and Tom Schwartz on Monday in the San Fernando Valley.

The 32-year-old reality star rocked a trendy tie-dye sweatshirt with grey track pants and carried baby Cruz in her arms in the first sighting of the Kentucky native since she welcomed her little one into the world with husband Jax Taylor by her side.

Brittany looked cozy in a vibrant, hand-dyed blue-and-white ‘Mama’ crewneck sweater from Eat. Sleep. Tie-Dye.

She made sure to show support to another VPR castmate by wearing sweatpants from Lala Kent’s collection, which has one of her classic lines ‘That was so trashy’ plastered in bold black writing across her shin.

Cartwright tied up her dark brunette hair into a loose bun and wore a pair of Nike slides with the brand’s signature ‘Just Do It’ slogan written across the top.

Little baby Cauchi wore a matching teal blue outfit and stayed bundled up in her arms while they walked to her white Jeep.

Tom played the doting friend as he carried a Gucci diaper bag and a black leather purse to the car for Brittany.

Katie was equally as cozy in brown leggings and an oversized sweatshirt as she waited by the door after holding the newborn.

Brittany faced scrutiny online for her changing figure and made sure to quell any negative talk about her pregnant body as she addressed trolls on Instagram earlier this year.

‘If you are a person who comments on a pregnant woman’s body in a negative way, then you, my friend, can rawt in hailll,’ she wrote. ‘Respectfully.’

She famously screamed the ‘rot in hell’ line in 2017 after finding out about Jax cheating on her with co-star Faith Stowers during an episode of the popular Bravo program.

Bravo confirmed the resurgence of the popular reality show on Instagram last week with a snap of restaurateur and the show’s namesake, Lisa Vanderpump, after a massive cast shake-up following the end of season eight which aired in June 2020 from footage the year before.

Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute were famously fired last year after racially motivated incident that resurfaced where they reported Black co-star Faith Stowers to the police in 2018 for a crime she did not commit.

While Brittany and Jax released his-and-hers statements about leaving the popular Bravo program in December, Variety reported they were fired following the fall out from racial accusations waged by Jax’s former love interest, Faith Stowers, against co-stars Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute.

Brittany and Jax — who’s real name is Jason Michael Cauchi — announced their big VPR news with matching posts highlighting a few of their favorite moments from the show which detailed many of their highs and lows throughout their relationship.

During an Instagram live in October, the former self-proclaimed ‘No. 1 guy of the group’ appeared to be waiting to resume his role on the show amid the COVID-19 pandemic when he answered: ‘Vanderpump Rules is supposed to go back to filming. In fact, we are supposed to go back to filming this month. I think – that’s the last I heard.’
