Posting to Instagram Stories on Wednesday, the 35-year-old couldn’t wipe the smile off her face as she recalled her ‘awesome’ conversation with the Hollywood actor, 67.

‘I just talked to John Travolta. It has been so long since [I spoke to him]. God, I think it’s been since I was like nine,’ Chloe said breathlessly.

‘And dude, he is cool as s**t! Is that an expression? He’s awesome! It was just like, talking to someone who you’re exactly on the same wavelength as, and shout out to you John, you’re awesome. Danny forever!’ she said, referring to John’s character Danny Zuko in Grease.

She went on to praise the actor for his work in the 1997 hit film Face/Off.

‘But like, out of all the movies… in Face/Off, oh my god, amazing,’ she cooed, before quoting an iconic line from John’s co-star Nicolas Cage.

‘”Peach, I could eat a peach for hours!” Well, that was Nicholas Cage, but I couldn’t think of one of John’s ones,’ she smiled.

Chloe’s mother Olivia, 71, has previously shared similar praise for John.

Speaking to New Idea in 2019, the actress described her connection to John as ‘timeless’, saying: ‘Every time I see him it’s like no time has gone by.’

‘We just have a connection, he’s a wonderful human being,’ she added.

Speaking on the podcast A Life of Greatness‬ in February, Olivia branded the backlash as ‘silly’.

‘The movie was made in the ’70s about the ’50s. It was a stage play, it’s a musical, it’s fun, it’s a fun movie musical, and not to be taken so seriously,’ she said.

‘I think everyone’s taking everything so seriously. We need to relax a little bit and just enjoy things for what they are. I didn’t see it like that at all, and I think it’s just a fun movie that entertains people, that’s all.’
