Vicky Pattison owns £1.5M house she shares with boyfriend after being stung in last relationship

‘I’m a hopeless romantic – but I need to protect myself financially’: Vicky Pattison reveals she owns £1.5M house she shares with boyfriend Ercan after being stung in last relationship

Vicky Pattinson has found love with boyfriend Ercan Ramadan, with the pair moving into their dream home together earlier in April.

But the former Geordie Shore star, 33, has revealed she has sole ownership of the plush pad, while candidly admitting: ‘I’m a hopeless romantic – but I need to protect myself financially.’

After calling off her engagement to John Noble in 2018, Vicky was forced to buy him out of the Newcastle home they shared, a situation she doesn’t want to find herself in again.

The TV personality – who split from John after a video surfaced of him flirting with another woman – told The Sun: ‘This is my house. I bought it and Ercan lives with me.’

She added: ‘I had a really hard time with my last relationship. The emotional stuff was hard enough, but what ended up dragging out was the financial side of things.’

Explaining she wants to think with her head not heart moving forward, Vicky insisted that her new beau is aware of and comfortable with the situation.

In order to secure the 20 per cent deposit for her new home, Vicky sold the Manchester home she once shared with her ex fiancé but admitted she still struggled to come up with the funds.

It comes after Vicky revealed her desire to have babies with boyfriend Ercan Ramadan – but confirmed she isn’t pregnant.

In an exclusive interview, Vicky told MailOnline she is hoping to start a family one day, after moving to a bigger property and ‘permanently settling down’ in Essex.

She said: ‘Lockdown has been a huge transitional period for me. We’ve moved house, and given the fact we’ve been through a global pandemic I do feel like I’m doing quite well.

‘We definitely needed a bigger place, I owned my property in Brentwood for five years and I absolutely loved it, it was the first property I bought when I left the jungle.

‘I was dead excited moving to the big smoke. I felt like I was a little country mouse packing up and moving out to the big city.

‘But over the last five years a lot has changed, I’ve got a lovely partner in my life, this move is pretty permanent for the foreseeable, I am setting roots down here. Who knows what’s going to happen in the future…

‘In years to come, I would love to fill this house with little feet, but for the moment I’m taking my time and embracing the move and potentially a puppy. It’s definitely going to be dogs soon.’
