Kate dressed for comfort in loungewear, opting for a black T-shirt, leggings and a longline cardigan.
The model rose to fame on the third season of Search for a Supermodel in 2002.

Kate has stepped away from the spotlight during her pregnancy.

She celebrated Mother’s Day with her bump last week, and said ‘my love bought me flowers’ as a gift.
‘House is a mess, eating cookies off bump, my love bought me flowers and I smashed in my Pilates,’ she wrote on Instagram.
‘If this is mum life, count me in!’
