Lisa Armstrong has paid tribute to her father two years after his death.
The make-up artist, 44, shared a picture of her late father Derek to Instagram alongside a touching message about how he will ‘forever be in her heart’.
It was reported in May 2019 that Lisa’s father had passed away aged 71 following a battle with cancer, amidst her then divorce battle with ex-husband Ant McPartlin.

Taking to Instagram on Thursday, the Strictly make-up artist emotionally penned: ‘Two years ago you left us…..You will be forever in our hearts, Degs we miss you always and love you so much…. #Dad #RIP #Gonetoosoon xxx.’

The Strictly Come Dancing make-up artist was reportedly at Derek’s bedside at her family home, in Oxford with her mum Linda, according to The Sun.
Lisa was said to have kept her dad’s illness a secret for a year.

Derek was said to have been given the cancer diagnosis the previous year, with his health deteriorating in the months before he died.
Lisa’s father was discharged from hospital to die at home peacefully, the newspaper reported.
A source told the paper at the time: ‘A lot of people think Lisa is strong, and she is — but she’s had so much to cope with since she and Ant split up.
