Sharing the sketch on her Instagram on Sunday, Katie said: ‘I adore Harvey so much he thinks about me all the time and now always includes @carljwoods now so shows he is very happy with how the family is.’

Carl and Harvey appear to have a good relationship, with the car dealer often sharing clips of himself with the teenager on social media.

Many of Katie’s 2.6million followers were quick to gush over her son’s picture too.

One wrote: ‘Love how he writes and calls him Carl Woods! He’s adorable and a credit to you! You are the best mum to him, that is clear to see. He seems very happy.’

Others shared their appreciation for Harvey’s artistic skills, with one commenting: ‘This picture actually looks like a trendy piece of artwork. Talented Harvey xx’

It comes after Katie has reportedly been left ‘deeply disappointed’ and ‘cut ties’ with a convicted fraudster who tried to make thousands from her disabled son Harvey.

According to The Mirror, PR aide James Austin invoiced web firm Memmo for £3,750 saying he was a promoter and would get the 18-year-old to star in videos.

However it is thought that Katie wasn’t aware of this deal and raged to fans in a now-deleted Instagram video that she wouldn’t touch him ‘with a bargepole’ and warned: ‘If he approaches you to do posts for me it’s not legit.’

Sources claimed that Austin, who runs PR company Lucky7 and has several snaps of Harvey, Katie and her fiancé Carl Woods on the business’ Instagram page, invoiced Memmo for £3,750 on April 22.

A spokesman for the star said she was ‘deeply disappointed by the way James Austin conducted his business’ and added: ‘Katie is the only person who manages her son’.

Katie is undergoing IVF treatment with Carl as the couple plan for their first child together so her terminally ill mother can ‘see them have children.’

But they admit Carl’s previous use of steroids while working out in his 20s is a worry as they look ahead to potentially conceiving later this year.

Appearing on Wednesday’s edition of Steph’s Packed Lunch, Carl said: ‘I’ve got a history of using steroids when I was younger and it’s always been in the back of my mind what potential damage I may or may not have done when I was taking them.’

The show followed Katie and Carl as they visited a fertility specialist who told them his past use of the muscle boosting drug could have had an effect on Carl’s sperm count.

The specialist said: ‘We know past use of steroids usually does affect the sperm count… There are circumstances where we can help and there are some circumstances, possibly unusually, where we can’t.’

Appearing in the show’s Leeds studio following their segment, Carl insisted he would remain fully invested in his relationship with Katie if he discovers his sperm count is too low to have children.

He said: ‘If we couldn’t, I’m not going to leave her over it. But I’d love to have kids of my own. I’m lucky she’s got five great kids as it is, but to have your own…’

Touching his knee, Katie added: ‘I wouldn’t leave you either if you couldn’t.’

The couple also revealed that Katie’s ailing mum Amy knows Katie’s cycle and calls them whenever she knows Katie’s ovulating.

Carl said: ‘You know the mum wants it when she rings you up saying “Have you done it, it’s ovulating day? Make sure you’re doing it!”‘

He also told Steph about his worries over the impact of his past, adding: ‘When I was younger, I couldn’t see past my nose, so I used to use steroids when I was going to the gym.

‘Only when you get older do you realise when you do when you’re younger could affect you when you’re older. It’s worrying.’

The appearance comes after Katie confirmed she was keen to welcome a sixth child – her first with Carl – via IVF for the benefit of her ailing mother Amy, who has been diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis – a terminal lung infection.

Katie is already a parent to son Harvey, 18, with former footballer Dwight Yorke, Junior, 15, and 13-year-old Princess with first husband Peter Andre, and Jett, seven, and Bunny, six, with third spouse Kieran Hayler.
