Speaking with the outlet last year about his work with Gomez, Solow said that the singer’s new spouse ‘was involved in every step of the selection process through FaceTime and Zoom since he was on the West Coast and I was here in my office in New York.’

Gomez, a realtor, previously presented the thank u, next singer with an asymmetrical engagement ring he worked on with Solow, customized for the pop star with her pearl birthstone and a diamond shaped like an oval.

Solow said Gomez ‘was very, very specific about what he wanted’ and ‘had very strong feelings about how he wanted this to look, a contemporary kind of way.

‘It was his idea to do the diamond on an angle and he said to me we had to incorporate a pearl into the finished piece.’

The pair, in their wedding, were flanked by a small gathering of friends and family, as the backyard of her estate had been decked out with hundreds of white flowers.

A Grande insider told the outlet that both the pop superstar and Gomez ‘both agreed there was no point in waiting’ to exchange vows, as the timing was perfect with their careers in mind.

‘They decided to have the wedding this past weekend because their schedules are picking up and neither wanted to wait,’ the source said of the event, characterizing it as ‘beautiful but not over the top.’

Grande ‘wanted it to be simplistic and tasteful,’ the insider said. ‘All they cared about was having family there and to be able to enjoy the special moment together.’

The pair started to date last year and became engaged in December. Grande was previously in relationships with SNL star Pete Davidson and late rapper Mac Miller.
