The Family Feud host sipped a cup of ‘tea’ while reclining on the floor of one of his daughters’ bedrooms.

Lying beside him was his newborn daughter, Sunday, who was welcomed just last month.

Later, Denyer allowed his middle daughter to wrap bandages around his face, covering his eyes.

In the photo, Chezzi stood confidently in just a black bra and underpants in front of a mirror in what looked like the baby’s room.

‘This is 12.5 weeks postpartum. This is me. Mismatched underwear (actually today is probably the closest it’s ever been LOL navy mega undies & black maternity bra),’ she began the post.

She then detailed some of the trying and often painful physical aspects of becoming a new mum.

‘Sore boobs – recurring blocked milk duct. Usually a C-cup but currently an E-cup. Didn’t even know that size existed!!’ she continued.

‘I developed mild scoliosis during my final trimester, so my Linea Nigra (hormone line down my belly) has a unique curve.

‘Spasming piriformis muscles during my last trimester and after birth, occasionally giving me grief still despite lots of physio.

‘Still wearing my maternity jeans. Alternating between those and the only tracksuit pants I fit right now…’

Overwhelming: Chezzi confessed that she still doesn't feel like she's back to her usual self, but is taking everything one step at a time as she cares for her baby

Chezzi confessed that she still doesn’t feel like she’s back to her usual self, but is taking everything one step at a time as she cares for her baby.

‘I don’t feel myself physically. I don’t feel as strong. But that’s ok. I’m lucky I’ve been here before and this time I know to appreciate these brief months,’ she added.

‘The most important thing for me to do right now is to take care of my baby and take care of myself. To be patient with myself.’

'Relax. Prioritise the right things. Don't put unnecessary pressure on yourself. You are doing a wonderful job. Take a breath,' she wrote

She then listed off her advice for other new mums, particularly first-time mothers who may be feeling overwhelmed.

‘Relax. Prioritise the right things. Don’t put unnecessary pressure on yourself. You are doing a wonderful job. Take a breath,’ she continued.

‘You won’t ever be able to get this time back. And it’s super important. It’s for bonding. Bonding and loving. Nurturing. Learning about your new role as a mum. Learning about your baby. Finding your way.’

Mum problems: Chezzi confessed that 'the first year after having a baby is difficult for a number of reasons', and listed 'lack of sleep', 'a crying baby, 'social pressure to "bounce back", 'struggles with breastfeeding', and 'pressure to "enjoy" every single minute'

She said there was often a lot of ‘fear and anxiety’ involved with becoming a mother, and said many women question whether they’re up to the task.

‘You have the rest of your life to focus on your hair, your skin, your figure, your weight or your stretch marks…’ she concluded.
