Quick-witted comedienne Nikki Glaser was tapped to host the MTV Movie & TV Awards: Unscripted and held nothing back in her various monologues, including re-hashing a touchy affair rumor.
In one particularly cringeworthy moment, she insinuated that Dancing With The Stars partners Gleb Savchenko and Chrishell Stause ‘banged’— a rumor which circulated when he was then-married to Elena Samodanova.
‘You got way further with Gleb than I did. I think you guys banged, but I don’t … it’s none of my business,’ Glaser hurled, as both Chrishell and Gleb sat in the audience mortified.

Reigniting rumors: In the fall a rumor surfaced that Chrishell and Gleb were having an affair and at the time he was married to Elena Samodanova which ended weeks later
Nikki’s monologue began with some sexual advances toward Gleb as she revisited her time as his partner on DWTS in 2018. ‘I forgot how hot you were. It’s insane. Like, Gleb, you’re as hot as your name is disgusting,’ she began.
And she continued to say that she remembered some practices in which he was ‘really hard on [her].’
‘There was one practice, though, that you were really hard on me, but boners happen all the time when you’re grinding on someone seven hours a day, you know?’
From there she turned her sights on Chrishell as she reignited rumors that the partners had slept together — despite both of them vehemently denying the allegations.

‘Hi, Chrishell. I met you earlier, and it wasn’t weird at all for me. I’m not jealous. No, you and Gleb killed it. It was so awesome to watch you. There’s no comparing me and you honestly because you got way further with Gleb than I did,’ Glaser began.
‘I think you guys banged, but I don’t … It’s none of my business, but I want all the details, and I’ve written some fan fiction about it. I’ll send you the Google Doc,’ she concluded.
Though Nikki may have breathed new life into the rumor, Gleb shared a selfie with Chrishell from the show as he thanked Glaser for ‘a fun roasting.’
Days before Gleb and Elena announced their split in November, rumors began to circulate that he and Chrishell had become romantic, which only heightened once news broke he and his partner of 14 years were over.

A source told Us Weekly at the time: ‘Chrishell and Gleb are still texting all the time and have been in contact about the public frenzy surrounding them. Chrishell isn’t bothered by the attention either.’
And Elena continue to fuel the fire as she said in a statement: ‘Gleb’s ongoing infidelity and a recent inappropriate relationship has created turmoil in our marriage and absolutely torn our family apart.’
But as the Selling Sunset star had publicly expressed sadness over the news of their parting, she also tried to shut the rumors down quickly, telling E!’s Daily Pop that the chatter was ‘annoying,’ and they were ‘just friends.’
‘I feel like it really is annoying because it’s one of those things where, you know, unfortunately, the timing of what he’s going through personally, people want to make it into something it’s not,’ she said.

Elena and I have had longstanding issues in our marriage. This has been an ongoing situation between Elena and I paired with poor timing.’
