And as Jake, 24, concluded an video rant with a screenshot of the purported DM, Molly-Mae immediately shot back, writing on Twitter: ‘Times must be hard when you’re having to fake a DM…. photoshop is scary.’

In his video, Jake, who has been locked in an online feud with fellow boxer Tommy in recent weeks, said: ‘Oh, and one last thing Tommy. You should be more worried about your girl sliding into a bunch of dude’s DMs than you should be fighting me.’

The pair of pugilists have been going back on forth with one another, with Tommy’s boxing champ brother Tyson Fury even wading in – and recruiting basketball legend Shaquille O’Neal to make online shots at Jake.

Responding to Tommy’s most recent taunts, Jake said: ‘The desperation is seeping through the pores of the Fury family, it’s quite embarrassing.

‘The heavyweight champion of the world [Tyson Fury] is on Instagram talking about Jake Paul, begging me to fight his brother.

‘Listen Tommy, focus on your fight that’s in a couple of weeks that nobody even knows about by the way, this clip will be the biggest promotion for your entire f**king fight.

‘Find an opponent, you’re literally picking someone to fight you in three weeks who hasn’t even been training. Fight someone real, do a real PPV, then maybe we can chat.

‘The last guy you fought was 0-9. The people you fought total have a combined record of 15 wins and 250 losses.

‘You come looking for me in Miami to try and find me in a gym, you known damn well I’m in Puerto Rico. If you wanna pull up here I’ll gladly beat the f**k out of you.

“Until then, just leave Shaq out of this I already knocked out an NBA player [Nate Robinson] so leave Shaq out of this… you guys are desperate.

‘Tommy, you fight for $100,000. You have some ladders to climb to get onto my level unfortunately my friend. I’m not talking about this anymore, peace out f**k you guys.’

Speaking to ESNews last month after kocking out decorated MMA fighter Ben Askren in a highly anticipated showdown, Jake  jibed: ‘Tommy is weak… and Tommy’s girlfriend DM’d me before they went on that reality show.’

Tommy and Molly-Mae have been together since June 2019 when they met in the Love Island villa.

Jake claimed: ‘Tommy’s girlfriend DM’d me before they went on that reality show… So, it’s your girl,’ he said, before turning away with a taunting laugh.

‘I’m ready to give the people what they want. @jakepaul,’ Tommy propositioned the following day in a message that was retweeted by Molly-Mae

And Jake responded to the challenge in his post-fight interview: ‘I’m going to plant the seed right now – me vs Tommy Fury and Michael Hunter vs Tyson Fury on the same night,’ he said.

The shots were fired after Tommy took to Twitter last month to roast Jake in an extremely mocking video.

Wearing a blonde wig and talking with an American accent to imitate the peroxide-haired Youtuber, Tommy said: ‘Sorry bro, I didn’t see you there, I was too busy being a massive p***y.’

Switching back to his British accent, the Love Island star continued: ‘Jesus Christ, I don’t know how you take yourself seriously looking like this, my god.

‘I put it on a plate for you, I asked you if you want to fight and you decided to laugh it off, as per usual.

‘Stick to your little YouTube videos behind your little desk and don’t come over to this boxing world cause you’ll get laid out in 30 seconds flat.’

Jake shocked spectators when he effortlessly knocked out the decorated MMA fighter Ben Askren in the Mercedes Benz Stadium ring in Atlanta on Saturday night.

He sent his opponent crashing to the floor of the ring with just over a minute to go with a quick left jab followed by a straight right behind it.

Ben began arguing with the referee, clearly unhappy with the stoppage, but the MMA fighter was stumbling.

Meanwhile, Jake fell to his knees in disbelief at his win.

Jake, who gained fame as a social media influencer before turning pro, is now 3-0 after a similar knockout over NBA star Nate Robinson.

‘This is the craziest moment of my life,’ Paul said, jubilant. ‘I told y’all I was going to do it in the first round.

‘I told y’all I’m a real fighter. I don’t know how many times I got to prove myself that this is for real,’ he said.
