And Zac Efron sold his sprawling five-bedroom mansion overlooking Los Angeles for $5.3million, according to property reports. 

The 33-year-old actor listed the home in December for $15.9M before dropping a few hundred thousand off the ticket in March, only for a lucky buyer to officially snap up the stunning home this week.

The three-story compound was built in 1964 in the Oaks section of Los Feliz and offers extreme privacy.

The pair visited the world-famous Museum of Old and New Art (Mona) in the state’s capital of Hobart on Thursday. 

Sources told PEOPLE magazine that Efron’s stayed busy setting up roots in Australia after filming the survivor thriller Gold in Adelaide.

‘As of now, he has no plans to live permanently in LA again,’ the source said. ‘He loves Australia and considers it his home.’ 

Insiders told TMZ last year: ‘Zac is burnt out living in and around Hollywood — he’s never been one for the limelight, or for being the center of attention, and we’re told he doesn’t like the paparazzi following him around town.’
