Last month, Bella shared the exact moment she fell in love with her beau during an Instagram Q&A.
‘There was a few and some of them are in this TikTok I made,’ Bella recalled.
The sweet montage included footage of them taking a road trip together, cuddling in a pool and even being surprised by rose petals in a hotel room.
