First Dates waitress Laura Tott has announced she is engaged as she showed off her dazzling diamond ring to Instagram on Wednesday.
The paramedic, 26, admitted that she has always kept her relationship and partner off social media but wanted to share the happy news as she is ‘over the moon’.
Posting a picture of herself in a strapless patterned bikini with her dazzling diamond engagement ring on show, Laura penned: ‘Well I better get planning that hen do [ring emoji].

Laura also offered her 213K followers a closer look at the ring on her Instagram Story where she penned: ‘I better get planning that hen do. Easiest yes ever.’
She later added: ‘Thank you so so much for all the messages, I can’t reply cos i’ve had too many beers but I read every single one,’ followed by a laughing and diamond ring emoji.
Laura shot to fame on the channel four dating show First Dates as a waitress and last year she revealed she had become a fully registered paramedic.

The reality star previously revealed that she has been asked out by ‘brave’ contestants behind-the-scenes of the show despite having a partner.
Talking to the Express in 2020, Laura said: ‘I’ve had a few DMs just saying, “Hi, my date didn’t go well. Do you want to go out?”
‘I think I’ve had one that came back and gave me their number after. That happened once. I thought, “bl**dy hell, they’re brave, aren’t they?”‘ Yeah you get a few messages.’

Earlier this year, Laura revealed that she hadn’t taken part in the new series of Channel 4’s First Dates after filming moved to Manchester from its usual restaurant in London’s Paternoster Chop House, next to St Paul’s Cathedral.
In a post on Instagram, Laura said at the time: ‘As you can see, I do not appear in this new series of First Dates.
‘They have moved up north to a new restaurant and wanted to freshen up the team for this series with some new local faces among the old faces, so I will not be featuring in this new series of First Dates unfortunately.

‘To be honest, I don’t actually know how I would have fit filming in this year with working during the pandemic, I’ve needed every day off to chill out so it’s actually been a welcome break. I’ve missed the whole team though, that’s for sure.
‘This doesn’t mean it’s over and I’m still very much part of the First Dates family and hopefully I’ll be back again real soon.
