When asked what she normally does for food, Maya explained: ‘I’m a Deliveroo person, all the time. I’m very active on that. I live in the city now, so there are so many options. You can literally get everything you fancy in under 15 minutes.

‘I’m just like, do I go in the kitchen and cook, or do I Deliveroo? It’s obviously a privilege. I always say when I have kids I’ll be a proper kitchen girl. I just haven’t got it in me yet. I want to love it but I just don’t have the love for it.’

The TV Personality went on to explain that though she can technically cook when following instructions, she lacks the passion for it and hence doesn’t make the effort too often.

She explained: ‘I can actually cook, like I can follow instructions. So as long as I’ve got ingredients and instructions, I can make anything. Maybe not to a top level but whenever I’ve tried to cook I have cooked well.

‘Just the process of it isn’t that enjoyable for me. I’m like, waiting for it to kick in when I love cooking, but I don’t yet. I don’t have much patience. And I live on my own, so there’s not much point.’

Despite not being an expert in the kitchen, Maya said she considered herself to be a ‘foodie’, though she admitted that she wants to make healthier food choices in the future.

She continued: ‘I like my food. I’m not the best cook, but I like to eat. I just like tastes and flavours. I don’t eat for health benefits, I eat to enjoy it. But I’m trying to be a bit better as I get older!’

Sharing her go-to hangover meal, Maya revealed: ‘McDonald’s, obviously! It’s been extended in my area. I don’t know if it’s everywhere else, but you can get breakfast till 11 now, so I’m like, “Great!” wake up, have a McD’s breakfast, and then start the day.’

Meanwhile, the Celebrity Juice star revealed a dating disaster on the show, admitting that she once snorted out snot while being wined and dined.

She admitted: ‘I laughed, and snot came out. I tried to laugh it off but that’s what happened. I kind of had to wipe and laugh it off. That was the awkward bit out the way.’
