Celebrity Apprentice: Fans praise Martha Kalifatidis as the ‘best part of the show’

Celebrity Apprentice favourite Martha Kalifatidis has been lauded by fans after Nine released a trailer for the popular reality series.

A promo released on the official Celebrity Apprentice Instagram account has been flooded with comments from viewers who love Martha’s ‘boss-like’ approach.

One fan proclaimed the former Married At First Sight star, 34, was ‘television gold’. 

The trailer showed Martha seeking advice from contestant David Genat – who was fired last Sunday – after gaining a huge advantage on the show. 

The advantage, given to her by Lord Alan Sugar, allowed Martha to ‘swap out’ someone on her team with someone from the other team.  

Martha asked David for his guidance because of how ‘strategic’ he is.

‘He is strategising 170 per cent of the time,’ she said in the video.

In the episode, David ended up suggested to Martha to add the ‘weakest’ person in the show to her team.

‘You need to pull in someone really weak,’ he said. ‘Cut your strong player, pull a weaker player, so when you can go into boardroom you know you can slay them if you need to.’

Martha ended up switching Shaynna Blaze out for Josh Gibson in a move that shocked both the contestants and judges, but was widely praised by viewers. 

Shaynna admitted she was ‘blindsided’ by the choice, with contestant Ross Noble calling it the ‘stupidest thing anyone has done on this show’. 

Martha confidently responded to the backlash: ‘Everyone thinks I’m absolutely bats**t, but I’m still here with all all you geniuses aren’t I?”
