EXCLUSIVE: Former Bachelorette Elly Miles looks pretty in pink during a beach photo shoot as she reveals her diet and fitness secrets
She may not have found love on last year’s season of The Bachelorette.
But Elly Miles appears to be anything but heartbroken as she flaunted her incredible physique and new hairdo for a fashion shoot in Sydney recently.
Images obtained by Daily Mail Australia show the 27-year-old nurse smiling and laughing while she poses for photographers.

When asked for her advice on staying fit and healthy, Elly said: ‘It’s all about balance and being in tune with your mind and body. Enjoying every aspect of life.’
‘I think it’s so important not to limit or restrict yourself to the point of finding you aren’t enjoying the simple pleasures of life – meaning food,’ she added.
‘Food literally brings me so much joy and I value it so much that I have a good relationship with it.’

Elly tries to follow a 80:20 ratio when it comes to nutrition, meaning four fifths of her diet is healthy, and the remaining fifth less so.
‘I try not to deny myself what I want to eat because, like I said, it makes me happy being able to enjoy delicious food. But rather, I make conscious choices in achieving a good balance,’ she said.
‘Exercise and good nutrition shouldn’t be perceived as a chore or a punishing aspect in life.
‘If you can figure out what works for you, so that you’re living your best life while being able to enjoy food and exercise, then that’s the real secret.’

Following her break-up with Frazer Neate late last year, Elly told Daily Mail Australia she felt it was time to change up her look.
‘I think sometimes it’s good to spice things up a bit and make a statement,’ she said.
‘A change is as good as a holiday right, so the pink hair was a fun thing to do.’

Elly rose to fame on Matt Agnew’s season of The Bachelor in 2019.
She went on to pursue her own love quest, appearing on spin-off series The Bachelorette alongside her sister Becky.
Elly is currently an ambassador for AIRLOCKER.
