And Friday was no different for Amanda Holden, 50, as she left Heart Radio studios with her impressively tanned and toned legs on full display.
The actress looked resplendent in a summery green and yellow mini-dress from Zara as she wore attire appropriate for the capital’s current heatwave.

Amanda had clearly caught the sun during her recent family holiday in Portugal so was keen to show off her sun-kissed new look.
Her Seventies-inspired floral mini dress was cinched in at the waist to give her an hourglass figure while the incredible short hem made the most of her legs.
She carried a cream handbag with a gold chain on her shoulder as was also wearing a pair of cat eye sunglasses to round out the retro styling.
Her blonde hair was parted in the middle and rested on her shoulders leaving her gold hoop earrings on display.

She completed her look with a pair of strappy yellow heels and happily smiled at onlookers as she headed inside the Global Radio building.
Once inside, Amanda posed for a picture alongside Pussycat Dolls star Ashley Roberts, 39, who features on her show as a showbiz reporter.
The pair gave each other a hug as they smiled for the camera, with Ashley’s skirt matching the yellow in Amanda’s outfit.

The Britain’s Got Talent judge displayed her impressive flexibility as she used a banister as a ballet barre.
Resting her toned pins on the handrail, Amanda looked radiant as she leaned over arching her back and stretching her arm.

The move got the seal of approval from a professional dancer, with Amanda’s Heart co-presenter Ashley commenting on the Instagram snap: ‘You better serve ballerina realness’.
Meanwhile, Amanda recently teased a new project with Davina McCall. She shared a snap with The Masked Dancer judge on Monday, showing the pair wowing in plunging outfits.
Alongside the post, referencing Strictly Come Dancing hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman, she wrote: ‘@davinamccall and I are taking the PLUNGE together ❤️❤️ exciting project on the way. ( oh and if @tessdaly & @claudiawinkle need a night off…)’.
