Married At First Sight star Martha Kalifatidis’ mother and Big Brother star Mary has become the latest reality star to undergo a dramatic dental transformation.

The mother-of-three, 55, recently had $48,000 worth of dental work – and the results are very impressive indeed.

Before and after photos obtained exclusively by Daily Mail Australia show a dramatic change to her pearly whites, thanks to upper and lower veneers.

‘All my life I would keep my mouth closed when I would smile,’ she wrote in a lengthy post shared to her Instagram account.

‘In every photo I have, my mouth is closed, even in my wedding, birthday, engagement photos. People always say to me smile, they assume I am unhappy. ‘

Mary explained never in a million years did she think that having a smile would boost her confidence or change the way she feels about herself. 

‘There are many types of smiles we give and share, but it is my new cheesy smile that has given me so much more confidence,’ she added. 

‘Dr Dee explained to me, you need to practice because you have forgotten how to smile naturally.’

‘I thought to myself, how can I not know how to smile? Something so easy. Even my kids tell me. To relax when I smile. It’s all so new to me.’

The celebrity dental specialist said it’s ‘always a privilege’ to help patients at his Vogue Dental Studios practice in Melbourne.

Jessika Power, Nick Furphy, Timm Hanly and Carlin Sterritt are just a few of the reality stars who have also undergone transformations with Dr. Duraisamy.
