Vogue model Gigi Hadid rocked a very edgy ensemble during a Wednesday outing in New York City. 

The 26-year-old catwalk princess looked straight out of The Matrix as she donned an all black outfit with sleek oval-shaped sunglasses. 

The Dutch and Palestinian fashion powerhouse was seen solo as she strutted to a waiting SUV.

The Malibu born stunner looked incredibly chic as she rocked a pair of silky trousers with a belt and a figure hugging sparkly top. 

And she paired the look with sleek heeled boots and accessorized with two silver bracelets and a pair of statement stud earrings. 

Gigi hid her icy green eyes behind a pair of cat eyes sunglasses and sported a light face of makeup which included a rosy pout. 

The monochromatic ensemble accentuated her statuesque frame and she was seen exiting her NoHo apartment and jumping in a waiting vehicle.

Later in the day she also took to Instagram to share a snap of her new fragrance campaign with Ralph Lauren as she posed alongside Lukas Sabbat and another gentleman. 

Just last September, Gigi welcomed her first child — a daughter named Khai — with her on-again partner Zayn Malik. 

Over the weekend she paid tribute to the former One Direction member on his first father’s day as she shared a moody snap of him cradling their daughter. 

‘Our Khai is so lucky to have a baba who loves her so much & does anything to see her smile !! Happy first Father’s Day .. I’m so grateful for all the lil bits of her that are you. We love you so much,’ she gushed. 

In a recent I-D magazine interview Gigi said that though the pandemic was tough, the lockdown allowed her to experience ‘motherhood the way [she] wanted to.’

‘There was a silver lining in the timing, in that I got to experience pregnancy and giving birth and being with my baby, and it was a reset that I would have had to make for myself, regardless.

‘It really gave me time to experience motherhood the way I wanted to, which was without a baby nurse and without a nanny for as long as I could before I went back to work,’ she said. 

And though she continues to be on of the most in-demand models alongside the likes of BFF Kendall Jenner, sister Bella Hadid and Irina Shayk, Hadid confessed to thinking about pivoting into more creative ventures.  

‘I’m working on design ideas in terms of my own brand and I’m narrowing that down to a niche that I think would be cool to bring into the world with my name attached to it. It must be liberating working on something for yourself. I’m thinking about the environment that I want to put myself in,’ she said.
