Based on the best-selling book of the same name by Tia Williams, the movie will be directed by Numa Perrier, whose directorial debut Jezebel premiered in 2019 at SXSW.

Gabrielle threw herself into the role of Jenna as she filmed scenes with her co-stars, while dressed in a flowing orange-red tank top and floral print midnight blue trousers.
The actress’ look was finished off with large, clear sunglasses.
