Hugh Sheridan’s fiancé Kurt Roberts shares sweet footage in a heartfelt birthday tribute

Hugh Sheridan’s fiancé Kurt Roberts has shared a heartfelt tribute in celebration of the actor’s 36th Birthday.

Posting to his Instagram Stories on Thursday, the TikTok star shared candid footage of the engaged couple taken over the past year.

‘Happy Birthday my love,’ Kurt, 29, simply captioned the video. 

In the clip, the two can be seen in a throwback video of the night they got engaged. 

Kurt also shared footage of the two smiling during an intense workout during an F54 gym class.

There is also an image of Hugh and Kurt taken during a private helicopter adventure together. 

Kurt also took a trip down memory lane by posting multiple PDA-filled videos of the two.

The birthday tribute comes after Hugh’s fiancé said he’s ‘so lucky’ to be pictured on gay men’s magazine DNA’s new cover alongside his doting partner.

On Sunday, Kurt proudly shared the stunning cover photo to Instagram, which showed the loved-up pair leaning in for a kiss in an artistic black-and-white shot. 

Kurt captioned the photograph: ‘So lucky to be able to share the cover with my beautiful fiancé,’ followed by a ‘pride’ hashtag.

Hugh and Kurt closed their eyes as they embraced each other while flaunting their incredible physiques under studio lighting.

In the magazine interview, Hugh came out as non-binary approximately eight months after revealing that they’re attracted to both men and women.

Non-binary people don’t categorise their gender identify as either male or female and often go by the pronouns they/them. 

‘I AM still a human (non binary/bi/me/Hughman) but I’m in a monogamous relationship with another human, who I love,’ Hugh wrote on an Instagram post to promote the cover. 

Last year, Hugh told Stellar magazine, ‘I believe labels are for clothes, not for people.’

In the same interview, the Packed to the Rafters actor said that they wanted to speak up for people who don’t use labels.

‘It occurred to me that no-one ever sticks up for people who don’t pick a label,’ they said.

Hugh proposed to Kurt, who is the general manager of digital lending at the Commonwealth Bank, on stage during the first night of the Adelaide Fringe Festival in March.

‘I went out and bought a ring and flew his family to be seated in the audience on the night. He had no idea. It was a really amazing moment,’ Hugh said.

After proposing, the loved-up pair shared a public embrace and a cheeky kiss before a besotted Hugh ran back on stage and said: ‘I just got engaged!’
