The first glimpses of Rose Leslie and Theo James in the series adaptation of The Time Traveler’s Wife were released by HBO last month.
And the stars were seen hard at work on set in New York City on Wednesday.
Rose, 34, cut a casual figure in a cream and black cardigan with a red zigzag pattern while filming scenes for the show with Theo, 36, which is based on the 2003 Audrey Niffenegger novel, The Time Traveler’s Wife.

Scottish Rose actress wore a black satin top with a plunging neckline that left her decolletage on show.

The network revealed that production had officially kicked off while sharing an Instagram snap of Rose and Theo as artist Clare Abshire and librarian Henry DeTamble.
The show is based on the 2003 Audrey Niffenegger novel, The Time Traveler’s Wife, a story about a married couple who deal with time travel in their romance.
In the photo the duo were seen cozying up on a leather couch while engaging in conversation. From the looks of the snap it was unclear if they were actually in scene, or sharing a laugh in between takes while in full costume.
The network described the upcoming series as an ‘intricate and magical love story,’ which has been adapted by executive producer Steven Moffat (Sherlock, Doctor Who) and director David Nutter (Game Of Thrones).
