Sarah Michelle Gellar and husband Freddie Prinze Jr look blissfully happy in ‘paradise’ while enjoying Hawaii vacation with their two kids
Sarah Michelle Gellar enjoyed a much needed vacation with her husband Freddie Prinze Jr and their kids ahead of the July fourth weekend.
The 44-year-old Buffy actress shared snippets of her blissful Hawaii retreat which included water activities, breathtaking sunsets and lots of delicious food and drinks.
‘Ok seriously…this is the peaceful look of two parents getting an actual vacation. We have officially found paradise,’ she wrote as she posted a selfie with her husband of 19 years.

The blonde haired beauty looked bronzed and relaxed in a series of images posted on her Instagram story, one of which included her makeup free with wet tresses on the ocean.
She and the family continue to enjoy a stay at the Mauna Lani resort on The Big Island, which she called ‘perfect,’ and have been keen to take advantage of all it has to offer.
Gellar confessed that her newest ‘passion’ was canoe surfing and she, Freddie, and their kids Charlotte, 11, and Rocky, eight, took boats out at sunrise and later snorkeled.

But though the fiercely private actress did post family photos, she protected the identity of her children with hearts over their faces.
Other snaps she posted included very fresh sashimi from Canoe House and a mouthwatering looking Paloma cocktail which she drank while sunbathing on the beach.
‘The most perfect paloma ever,’ she said of the tequila and grapefruit cocktail.
And she could not help but to gush over the sunsets. ‘And I have I mentioned the sunsets?’ she lightly gloated of the stunning views from the resort.

Despite taking a break from work while on her tropical escape, she did ‘interrupt’ her vacation on Thursday to send a message to a musician she loves very much — Ed Sheeran.
She posted a segment of the UK based performer being interviewed on BBC’s ‘The One Show,’ where she sent in a video message for the Shape of You crooner.
Gellar joked that she was head of the ‘Ed Sheeran trivia contest,’ at her kids’ school after he had channeled a vampire in the latest music video for his song Bad Habits.
‘Next time instead of being inspire by [Buffy], just put me in your video…please,’ she joked on Instagram.
