Married At First Sight’s Martha Kalifatidis reveals she paid $2000 for her VERY simple white top 

Martha Kalifatidis’ fans were besotted with a white top she had on in a recent Instagram Stories video. 

After enquiries from a number of fans, the Married At First Sight star revealed just how much she paid for the fashion item. 

The 33-year-old shared a screen shot of the Khaite brand’s Maddy bustier ribbed top – a body suit style top with long sleeves and an open neckline. 

In her screengrab, the Khaite item cost $2057, however it can also be found online for around half that, at $1,430. 

She wrote in her caption: ‘So many asking about my knit in the Olay stories. This is it’. 

Martha admitted the item was expensive and asked for suggestions of similar items from her fans.  

‘I know it’s pricey, so if anyone out there knows a nice affordable option let me know and I will post here,’ she added. 

Soon after, the budding influencer shared a far cheaper top that looked quite similar. 

It was the Chapman Top in Forrest, listed on the MVE Boutique website for just $69.95. 

Perhaps due to the boost from Martha, the Chapman Top is currently sold out in every size.   

Martha now earns her full-time income via sponsored fashion and makeup posts, fitness videos, cooking tutorials and other branded content, mostly all created from the comfort of her North Bondi home. 

Although she has not revealed the exact figure she charges for branded content, it’s estimated she makes anything up to $3,000 for a single sponsored selfie.
