Bec Judd’s ‘real age’: WAG says she’s older than previously reported

Rebecca Judd’s ‘REAL age’ is revealed: Footy WAG says she’s older than previously reported – as she shares her plan for turning back the clock

Rebecca Judd has revealed she’s three years older than previously reported.

At least that’s according to her ‘vitality age’ – a calculation based on various factors including her diet, blood pressure and cholesterol level.

The footy WAG was born on January 27, 1983, making her 38 years old; however, her ‘vitality age’ is apparently 41.

A person’s ‘vitality age’ isn’t determined by a medical professional, but is instead an estimation based on a questionnaire by health and well-being program AIA Vitality.

Rebecca is an ambassador for the brand and undertook the AIA Vitality Age quiz as part of a paid sponsorship.

The AIA Vitality Age quiz is not a substitute for advice given to you by your doctor.

Rebecca wrote in a sponsored Instagram post on Tuesday: ‘My AIA Vitality Age is 41 but my actual age is 38 – eek!

‘Why? Well the AIA Vitality Age Calculator tells me I could improve my diet among other things (too much sugar and salt).’

She also shared a video of herself making a healthy breakfast she claims is ‘just one small step to lowering my AIA Vitality Age and living a healthier, longer, better life’.
